spotlight shining on the words "teacher spotlight"

Mrs. Stewart came to South Central Jr-Sr High School in 2017.  Since that time, she has worked tirelessly to provide the best instruction to our students in the area of science - specifically  in the areas of biology and environmental science.

Recently, Mrs. Stewart attended the National Association of Biology Teachers (NABT) Conference where she received the Outstanding Biology Teacher Award.  This is in addition to the Clyde Motts Memorial Award for Innovative High School Science Teaching from the Hoosier Association of Science Teachers, Inc (HASTI).  She received this award back in February 2022.

South Central is extremely proud of Mrs. Stewart's accomplishments and is fortunate to have her on its teaching staff.
