It is never too early to begin thinking about what you might like to be when you grow up.  To help students learn more about the different types of jobs available to them, South Central held its annual career day on Wednesday, November 3.

This year, our 5th and 6th grade students got to hear from a variety of professionals from around our community.  Some of the careers represented were:

  • firefighter
  • nurse
  • electrical line worker
  • military personnel
  • emergency medical technician
  • mortician
  • law enforcement
  • agricultural careers through the Purdue Extension
