I am thrilled to share the incredible results of our innovative student motivation strategy for the recent NWEA assessment!
This year, we implemented a unique incentive program where students could earn tattoos based on their academic growth:
• 1 tattoo for achieving 1 point of growth
• Additional tattoo for every 5 points of growth beyond the initial point
The results have been phenomenal! Our students were not only motivated but truly engaged in their academic progress. The tattoo tracking system created excitement and a sense of personal achievement that translated directly into improved test performance.
I want to personally thank our teaching staff for their creativity and commitment to making learning both educational and enjoyable. NMES continues to be an exceptional place to learn and work!
