At the 2nd grade program tonight with the Corydon Central Singers, made up of 5th grade through 12 grade students, we invite the second grade students to come back on stage at the end of the high school program for the closing patriotic number. We would like for CES parents to pick up their students in the lobby after the second grade performance and have them return to the auditorium and sit with you for the high school performance. At the end I will invite the second graders to return to the stage for the closing song. It will be sung with the combined school choirs (grade 2 and grades 5-12) and the audience. While they sing “My Country, Tis of Thee” your students will be holding American flags along with the other choir members. The 5th
through 12 grade choirs will watch the second grade performance. We hope the second grade students will stay and watch the CIS/CCJHS/CCHS performance and sing the closing song with us. Mr. Pope, Corydon Central Choir Director
