On My Way Pre-K awards grants to 4 year olds from low-income families so that they may have access to a high-quality pre-K program the year before they begin kindergarten. Families who receive a grant may use the grant at any approved On My Way Pre-K program.

To register, families first must submit an online application at onmywayprek.org, and then families can register their student with the school and schedule a day to tour the building. To finalize a child's application, parents/guardians will need to provide:

1. All children's birth certificates in the household.

2. Driver's license of the parent/guardian on the application. If two adults are listed,  both drivers' licenses will be needed.

 3. If an applicant's current address does not match the one on their driver's license, please bring proof of residency to confirm the address on the application is up to date.

 4. Bring the LOWEST paystub(s) from the last 60 days of each parent on the application.

 6. If a parent/guardian is not working and is seeking employment, there will be forms on hand to fill out.

 7. If enrolled in a college or job training program, bring a school schedule with your name on it and the dates of classes.

8. If receiving Social Security or your child is, bring the declaration statement from the last 60 days with the monthly award amount.

On My Way Pre-K is available at Corydon Elementary, Heth-Washington Elementary, New Middletown Elementary and South Central Elementary Schools. Transportation is also provided.
