If you are interested in playing a sport next year, now is the time to start getting your physical for next year. Any one interested in playing a sport next year must have a physical form dated AFTER April 1st to be eligible.
Once completed, upload a copy of the physical to your Final Forms account. This will work for current 8th graders moving on to high school as well. If you do not have an account, use this link, https://southharrison-in.final... to create one. From there, you can sign up for sports you are interested in, and you can be getting all of the necessary forms turned.
You will not be allowed to try out if this is not completed.
