One of Corydon Central High's School standout programs is our Essential Skills classroom. Because of this program, our students are able to participate in some amazing opportunities.
Each Wednesday, along with North Harrison students, our Essential Skills students participate in job training at O'Bannon Woods. At the end of each nine weeks, it is important for the students to experience recreational opportunities to celebrate their hard work. So, this nine weeks they were able to visit the Harrison Township Fire Department and Zimmerman Art Glass. Students also receive compensation from the CCHS Athletics Department for janitorial services during the fall and spring sports seasons. With some of that money, the class was able to enjoy lunch at Culver's.
