The Indiana Department of Education requires proof of residency for all students enrolled in an Indiana public school. A document that provides a verifiable address for your family is what we need to meet these requirements. Acceptable documentation may include a current utility bill, telephone bill, bank statement, mortgage statement, rental/lease agreement, or medical bill. The document should be dated within the last 60 days, and the date should be clearly identified and readable. Please send, email, or fax this information to your child’s school by September 18th.
