Card Reader
One piece of hardware that is standard on the X100e is the Ricoh 4-in-1 card reader. This is used to take data from digital cameras and other remote devices. This isn't something that is often used in South Harrison but the card reader is there in case it is needed. Memory card types that are compatible with this reader include:
- SD/SDIO/MMC
- Memory Stick MS/MSPro
- xD-Picture Card
The reader is located on the right side of the laptop near the front.
The card reader on the 4525 is located on the left side of the front of the laptop, next to the audio plugs.
My Card Is Stuck
If you accidentally place a card that is the wrong size and cannot retrieve it, take your laptop to your school's support depot. Do not attempt to remove it yourself. The technology staff will remove the card for you.
